Aden Gulf International University concluded today, Tuesday, in Dhalea Governorate, the training course on curricula and teaching methods for faculty members at the College of Administrative, Human and Technological Sciences, which was organized by the University’s Quality and Academic Accreditation Center over two days.
The closing ceremony of the course was attended by the Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, Professor Muhammad Al-Shaibi, the President of the University, Dr. Najib Muhammad Muthanna, and the Assistant President of the University for Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Affairs, Dr. Sha’a Mahdi Al-Hadar, in addition to the Deanship of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences and the faculty members of the college participating in the course.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees explained that this course is part of the ongoing efforts made by the International Gulf of Aden University, through the University’s Center for Quality and Academic Accreditation, with the aim of improving education, developing the capabilities of faculty members, and enhancing academic and professional capabilities.
Professor Al-Shaibi praised the efforts of those in charge of the course, stressing the need to apply the skills and knowledge they received throughout the course days, in the reality of teaching work, and in a way that contributes to improving the quality of the educational process at the university.
The President of the University pointed out the importance of the course in the process of continuous development and modernization of educational policies and their foundations, and the university’s interest in the continuous development of academic work in various colleges and departments.
Dr. Najib Muhammad Muthanna revealed that the course coincided with World Quality Week, stressing the need for faculty members to be familiar with the latest teaching methods and techniques that achieve educational goals in the best possible way, and in accordance with the standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation, thanking Dr. Sha’a Al-Hadar and all participants for their interaction and keenness to make the course a success.
