First: Transfer from another university to the International University of Aden Gulf:

The student has the right to transfer from another recognized university to the International University of Aden Gulf according to the following:

1- Submit an application to join the university according to the approved form.

2- The transfer shall be within the specified dates for admission and registration.

3- The student must meet the admission requirements for the college to which he wishes to transfer.

4- The transfer shall be to the same college in which he studied or in a similar specialization.

5- He must have a statement from the previous university stating that no disciplinary penalty was taken against him during his studies there.

6- Submit a statement of grades certified by the university or the institute from which he transferred and certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

7- The student shall be transferred to the Deanship of the College to conduct the clearing in accordance with the procedures stated in the Student Affairs Regulations and the Bridging System circulated by Higher Education and Scientific Research.

8- Pay the clearing fees in accordance with the special fees regulations.

Second: Transfer within the Gulf of Aden International University:

The student has the right to transfer from one college to another or from one department to another within the university if the following conditions are met:

1- The conditions for admission to the college or department to which he wishes to transfer are met.

2- Submit a written request to the Admissions and Registration Department according to the approved form during the first month of the first semester.

3- Approval of the college and department to which the student is transferred.

4- Pay the prescribed transfer fees.

5- Pay the difference in tuition fees, if any.

6- In the event that the student is transferred from one department to another or from one college to another, the student will be cleared for the subjects he has studied.

7- Pay the internal clearing fees according to the special fees list.

8- All transfer procedures must be completed according to the approved form.

9- The student must not be transferred more than twice during his years of study at the university.
