
Discussing aspects of joint cooperation between the Gulf of Aden International University and Airlangga University in Indonesia
Within the framework of the tireless efforts of Professor Mohammed Al-Shaibi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Gulf of Aden University, to establish close academic cooperation relations with the most important institutions of higher education and scientific research in the aspects of scientific research and training and to obtain many privileges that serve the policies of the International Gulf of Aden University aimed at developing the educational and research process
Professor Mohammed Al-Shaibi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Gulf of Aden University, met with Professor Mohammed Naseh, President of Airlangga University in Indonesia and they agreed on the terms of a joint cooperation protocol between the International Gulf of Aden University and Airlangga University in Indonesia. The agreement will be signed at a later time and the two parties exchanged shields of honor in the presence of the Vice Presidents of Airlangga University in Indonesia and the Deans of Faculties, Centers, Research Institutes and the International Cooperation Office.
Professor Al-Shaibi stressed the depth and strength of Yemeni-Indonesian relations in all their social, cultural, economic and political forms that extend for hundreds of years, praising the close relations between Yemen and Indonesia in the educational and research fields, noting that this visit comes as an extension of extending bridges of cooperation with Indonesian universities to enhance bilateral relations in the fields of scientific research, training and development, consulting, and quality assurance, noting that Airlangga University in Surabaya, Indonesia, represents the largest main source of scientific research outputs in East Asian countries.
