In the presence of the Transitional President of Al-Dhale: Aden Gulf University concludes an information technology course for its employees.
Today, the training course on how to use modern information technology to accomplish administrative work, organized by the university administration for a number of its administrative cadres, concluded at the International University of Aden in Al-Dhale’ Governorate.
The conclusion of the course was attended by the President of the Southern Transitional Council in the governorate, Brigadier General Abdullah Mahdi Saeed, and his deputy, Qasim Saleh Naji, in addition to the President of the International University of Aden, Dr. Najib Muhammad Muthanna, the Director General of Media in the governorate, Raed Ali Shaif, and a member of the National Assembly, Mutlaq Al-Ma’kar, and in the presence of a number of deans of colleges and members of the university’s administrative body.
The course, which was held under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University, Professor Muhammad Muhammad Al-Shaibi, and the President of the University, Dr. Najib Muhammad Muthanna, and lasted for a week, targeted all university employees in the administrative and academic aspects with the aim of keeping pace with technological development and benefiting from the fields of computing systems.
In his speech at the conclusion of the course, the President of the University of Aden, Dr. Najib Muhammad Muthanna, praised the interaction of the leadership of the Transitional Council in the governorate with the activities and events of the university, stressing that they always seek to modernize the administrative system with the aim of presenting an academic message that keeps pace with the requirements of the modern era.
The participants in the course received a set of skills and knowledge presented by the course trainer, Engineer Sadiq Al-Faqih, on how to use information technology in a way that achieves the desired goals, as it represents the backbone of modern and effective management. The administration of the International Gulf of Aden University has been keen to update administrative aspects in various fields with the aim of raising the level of job performance, improving capabilities, facilitating and simplifying administrative procedures, in addition to the optimal use of the workforce in line with the tremendous developments in information systems and in a way that improves the quality of the educational process in the various colleges of the university.
